Axe Deodorant Kills Twelve-Year-Old
The death of a twelve-year-old British boy has been linked to excessive use of Lynx (That’s Axe in the U.S.) deodorant. The scented sprays are marketed as a surefire way for awkward teens to attract girls. Apparently the boy in question had gradually become addicted to use of Lynx, spraying all of his clothes in addition to his body, and had passed out while applying the spray in a separate incident weeks earlier.
