Beyond ‘The Perry Bible Fellowship’ — Comic Strip Becomes a TV Show and Movie?

Nicholas Gurewitch spent seven years creating the surreal web comic strip, “The Perry Bible Fellowship”. But he’s just announced that he’s completed a TV pilot based on the strip — and it’s drawing interest from two different British TV networks.

The 25-year-old cartoonist is also working on two movie scripts, and Wednesday Dark Horse publishing released what may be the last collection of his strips. But even after a 13-month hiatus, Nicholas promises he’ll release a new web comic ’soonish.’
