Ghost Caught On Tape At Chilean Shopping Mall

This ghost video from Chile has been making the rounds. A two-foot-tall phantom appears in the bottom right of this CCTV video, captured at a busy shopping mall. Allegedly, the greyish, blurred figure is the ghost of a small local boy.
