I live in Montana. The town they are mentioning is Hardin, Montana. I don't live there but our local news stations and newspapers have been reporting on this event. One news ancor even traveled to Hardin and toured the detention facility located there. They are a very small town that had no police. The APF were contracted as gaurds for the detention facility. Hardin had no idea that ment APF would be patrolling their streets as well.

One of the full length articles included references to the company's established address, which as it turns out is false. Another cited the complete failure to find any records of past contracts with the government or any government in this past decade, and yet another called into question whether the founder's name was even his legal one, since he has owned multiple failed businesses, served time for fraud and has used as of the current count 17 different aliases.

I'm not sure a clown like this Michael Hilton could get a federal contract to 'test market' fascism. If it were something bigger than a scam, it would probably be a subcontractor of the Xe/Blackwater/Halliburton caliber. The only photos so far have been of three black Mercedes SUVs that have been decaled with Hardin, Montana Police logos, which apparently wasn't part of the original contract for administering/managing a new jail, but popped up in negotiations later.

It looks mostly like he modeled his personel after Blackwater and other similar companies, then brought the dog and pony show to Montana to impress the locals, who appear to have fallen for it hook line and sinker. Essentially his operation consists of a false address in Cali, a false address in DC, two phone lines and a very pretty website, and a few guys in black with guns and SUVs. Not very impressive once you peel the cover off.

After further research, it does seem legit-ish.
Totally creepy, I even called one of the numbers on the contact page and got an answer from a bored sounding receptionist "american police force, how can I help you?" I hung up immediately.
I think what's really creepy about the whole thing is the website and everything about the organization is the aesthetic of the website, the name of the company, the pictures of jackbooted thugs in black masks, black helicopters, not to mention the super masonic logo. It all seems like they went out of their way to scare the shit out of the conspiracy minded. The only things missing is a big eye of providence insignia on the website and armbands on the troopers.

Maybe it's a carefully crafted social experiment or hoax exposing how easily we would hand over authority to some goons in stormtrooper gear.

Are there any actual photos of these creeps in the streets of small town Montana?

I found not only APF's website, which was slick and clean and chock full of good advertising lingo, but a whole series of articles from around the country, that cite the founders checkered past as a used car dealer, real estate failure, bankrupt businessman, art dealer as well as a former convicted felon…for fraud.

At a guess, despite the fact that the Alex Jones crowd must be frantically masturbating to this as final proof of the 'Obama takeover', it looks more like Mr Al Peterson and his clique of small town yahoos got roped in by a slick talking California con artist who easily impressed them with his modern nazi suit. It figures that it would be Red-Staters who are the easiest to sucker with some shiny toy guns and tough talk…they love that crap and line up to join in like sheep for the fleecing.

Even after checking the google cache, I still call bullshit.
The generic clipart, the crappy site layout, the dummy physical address, etc.
The black helicopter, and quasi masonic logo on the front page are way too convenient.
Like I said, I think it's probably just someone with too much time on their hands trying to bait the Alex Jonesers conspiracy true believer set.
