Libertarians rejoice, your dream candidate has arrived: 46-year-old Rand Paul, the third child of Ron Paul, will be running for U.S. Senate in 2010. Rand hopes to capture the seat currently held in Kentucky by Republican Jim Bunning, who will be retiring.
