You can add Red Lobster to the 'against' . I went there for lunch Dec 21 – no sign of Christmas. I asked if they hadn't heard Christmas was coming and was told that their president, (Kim Lopdrup) didn't want them to decorate so it wouldn't offend anyone. I'm offended.

Hello,
I do not believe in christmas because I have chosen not to believe in God or any supernatural religion that has been shown to me. I was born catholic and learned through time, dedication and study that it was not for me and I respectfully opted out of it. My catholic family respected my opinion and understood that there was nothing they could do or say to make me change my mind because it was something I had decided based on years of study, not temptation or any other religious satan-related excuse.
Thus, I as for you people to do the same and learn to respect others. I am sure your religion does not request for you to go throw eggs at atheist's homes or boicot stores just because they choose not to go along with all the money making commercial side of these hollidays.
I would understand if you were mad because they put up a sign reading something offensive against your beliefs, but if all they did was NOT think the same way you did, you are putting yourselves in a lame position and you are saying, with your actions, that non believers are more polite and mature than believers (Im not saying thats true, im saying thats what inmature actions tell the world)
Learn to accept others, live and let live, live and let die, mind your own business just like we mind ours.

Can someone explain how saying “happy holidays” is offensive? I just don't get it. It's showing respect for the beliefs of others. Jesus didn't boycott. Jesus said “love one another.” Where is Jesus in the whole boycott thing?

Consumers for Jesus. Buy your kids some Jesus approved “Brat” (slut) dolls or toy guns at Target! Target is on the “Good” list. Jesus says so. There are no Christians. Its just a club of fearful fools and hypocrits who can't forgive or admit fault. Not very Jesus-like at all really. Get real………
In fairness, I have met a few Christians that made an effort to be more like that Jesus character. Who actually had some integrity in there beliefs and that showed in there actions.
