Wow, anti-Obama comment much? No, Obama will have some class (if you're a conservative you may not realize what I'm referring to) and allow this anti-constitutional embarrassment to die in it's sleep. It's up to Congress though, not Obama, but the waterheads are no longer in charge. Any Republican or Democrat that at this time of day tries to defend the Patriot Act should be tried for treason and just when does Bush answer for betraying his oath of office?

In other words…when Clinton lied under oath, nobody died or had their constitutional rights abrogated.
