To which I replied, "Would you feel differently if they had been shot on Canadian soil?" People throw in the "on American soil" part to invoke sympathy, what about the scores of people that die every day on Iraqi or Afghan or, soon enough, Iranian or Pakistani soils? What about them? There comes a point when merely supporting the troops is not enough, that is easy enough for anyone to do from the comfort of their own couches, it is time to hit the streets and let the world know that we mean business, especially if we are to continue to be seen as a beacon of hope for the rest of the planet.<br><br>Greatest nation in the world?
