		<description>The mere mention of IP rights is enough to give me an immediate headache.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One of the most mind-blowing aspects of it all is that public money goes to fund research that does not end up in the commons.  Exclusive partnerships give the profits derived from the research to favored corporations.  It&#039;s another example of redistributing wealth upwards.</description>
