Good study, if it's accurate. Sadly it will probably only succeed in preaching to the choir. Those who would bother reading this already support the legalization of light drugs, or at least their decriminalization, because it makes no sense on any level. the monetary aspects might bring a few more on board, but largely the public is too brainwashed one way or the other to remain objective on the matter. It will take voter-initiated pushes for marijuana's legality to change the laws, as was done in Maine (to increase the availability of legal medicinal marijuana) recently.

Nice try, and I completely agree with the authors of this chart but that fact that they repeatedly misspelled the word possession only reinforces the idea that stoners are fucking stupid.

Interesting post majestic, had considered posting as well, but take Corvin's point on the spelling. I think whenever one presents an alternative viewpoint that person is forced to be hyper-vigilant on the presentation, otherwise it's easy ammo for the critics.

i'm all for decriminalization or out right legalization…
but the chart is really flashy and pretty much useless.

same numbers on this cnn chart…. so it seems to be accurate other than the spelling error.

“but that fact that they repeatedly” do you mean THE fact? looks like youre not too smart either.

I guess marijuana is not a bad thing to legalize as long as those who use it are normal, because I think there are much more crimes made by a people under alcoholic influence rather then marijuana.
