Hey, the Warren Commission and 9-11 Commission both answered questions with fiction, why shouldn't everyone else? The only difference between the “official” conspiracy theory and the various “fringe” conspiracy theories is how many people believe them. Factual content (or lack thereof) is pretty uniform.
