		<description>What about the psychological impact of the current recession?  Couldn&#039;t that push people to look for a nice, legal escape?&lt;br&gt;Also, smoking brings people together.  Being part of a group at a time when the financial situation seems out of control may bring a peace all its own.&lt;br&gt;Granted, this is all pop-psy thinking, but it makes some sort of sense.</description>
