Not necessarily. By the same logic, men have “multiple roles/'jobs' as fathers, etc.” (What exactly does your “etc.” refer to?). Parenthood isn't an example of one gender automatically having an extra role. It depends on the responsibility taken by both individuals.

Not necessarily. By the same logic, men have “multiple roles/’jobs’ as fathers, etc.” (What exactly does your “etc.” refer to?). Parenthood isn’t an example of one gender automatically having an extra role. It depends on the responsibility taken by both individuals.

Women have only become far more presdigious at school by conforming to a system that was mad by, you geussed it MEN! the education system has become a kind of ''dance to the way its thought'' tune in recent decades and the vast majority of those doing the teaching are of course women, due to the fact that school is one of the few places where women are gauranteed equal pay with men. so girls learn their lessons from female role models whereas boys are left to fend for themselves due to boys being men in miniature and have ways of learning and personal interests that would take too much of the female teachers time to conform to. its only natural. when I was in school my chemistry teacher was a man and sometimes, on days before the spring or halloween break for example, he would let us make smoke bombs or do any experiments we wanted! this kind of male to male creativity is what causes boys to drop out of school, boys don't want to conform, even the smart ones- look at einstein, nobody would give him a research post because he was an eccentric free thinker who argued alot!

ref rdk hes right we are becoming maids to our wives as more woman are coming of education with more degrees and taking jobs from men, and at some point because of this woman will rule the world as we are becoming the weaker sex. i believe it may be for the better as there will be a more peacfull world run by woman and harshes sentences given out by woman for and rape or abuse against them. within a hundred years many men could become slaves to woman as many men are already experiencing a role reversal, such as myself where the wife works and i like many males are doing the housework

You're kidding yourself if you think that men's muscles are going to stop women from ascending the ladder of societal power. Women do have access to guns, and martial arts training you know. It's brains over brawn.

Sean, you obviously haven't been around strong intelligent women in your life. As an OIF MP veteran, I have not wimped out or quit the armed forces as you have my comrade. Seeing as you are a FORMER service member actually shows that you do not have the mentality, strength, or personal courage to progress even when the going gets tough. Women are and will continue to move up the political and business ladder. We have only been allowed to vote since 1920; 88 years later we have a woman as a presidential candidate and another as a potential Vice President. We have dealt with small minded, chauvinist men like you from the beginning. So let me make one thing straight…… the sky is the limit for us!

Women ruling the world. It won't happen as long as men are physically stronger (on average) than women.

Any amazing ideas that women could conceive to make the world a more cooperative place can easily be overcome by physical force by angry or marginalized men.

It would be a fine idea to have a world less obsessed by proving who's better or stronger and more worried about finding the most beneficial solutions to common problems.

i have to disagree that war isn't natural, we have an ever growing population and resources that are being depleted, war is inevitable, as long as someone has more of something than someone else does there will be war.

this article, like most articles about women working, does not take into account that they already have multiple roles/”jobs” as mothers, etc. so they already work more than men. additionally it does not take into account that they get paid less than men as well and have a much lower median salary than men.

doubt women would ever rule the world, I know very few women who are vicious enough for that,
to be a political or business leader you have to be a borderline sociopath, and as a former soldier I didn't see very many women even among the armed forces who really had the mentality to do what it takes to be professional soldiers.
