I can't speak to what players of other MMO's wanted from the game, but on a personal level, I have to say that LOTRO is the best computer game that I have ever played, and I have rarely run into any bugs or errors on my server. That said, I would love to hear more about these player complaints and Turbine's apparently stupid response, it sounds like a great story.
