huh? how was I spewing uninformed rhetoric? I was speaking about this group, March Forward, and the coalition of which they are a branch of, ANSWER. My rhetoric in regard to that is very much informed and accurate, because I know them and used to work with them, as a member of their political party, the Party for Socialism and Liberation. And yeah, I've read plenty of history books, but thanks for the suggestion.

What ever happened to verify? When you join the military you mouth an oath to the constitution of the United states unfourtunately this is a mere formality these days of empty and useless words. From the top brass on down its CYA we are the police force for China everyone knows they own us so whats the mystery. When we collapse the chinese will move on the middle East with a vengance while the russians try an move on the chinese we are in over our heads due to an abysmal lake of leadership somebody needs to have the courage to hit the restart button if you can find it.

they're communists. not strictly anti-Obama, but anti-capitalism and anyone who stands for it. They did protest during the last administration, consistently, under different names. It's just that as the group gets larger, they are able to form more of these offshoot groups attacking more specific concerns. I'm not familiar with the group you speak of, but from what it sounds like, these guys are quite different.

Why didn't they protest during the previous administration? This is another anti-Obama deal. Like the group out in Utah comprised of policemen, vets, etc who refuse to take the oath of allegiance to the president alla sudden.

It is not WE the peasants terrorizing & meddling with other peasants it is the parasitic but inherent side effects (”THEM”) of our own OBSOLETE monetary economic existence. Monetary economics requires scarcity all aberrant behavior follows. Resource Based Economy or something better (like raising the intelligence of Earth's population to become self-governing and work toward mutuality beneficial common goals thus living life to its fullest, I digress this would take to much time, people would first have to be able to take themselves out of mere day-to-day survival, then make the choice the raise their intelligence, & lastly begin to raise their intelligence, but we don't have that kind of time with the path we are on) will set free ALL peoples and their planet…. or Technological Singularity which ever one comes first… or annihilation of existential reality.

I was a medic in the first war in Iraq (1990-91) and saw first hand what we do to largely civilian convoys out of Kuwait–firebomb them! I had to clean up the mess left by the terrorists in the sky (US Air Force) and it has messed up my head. We need to end this madness and understand the old adage: “Violence begets violence.” The best way to defend ourselves from foriegn threats is to stop meddling in their countries and terrorizing their populations into siding with the assholes on the other side of the battlefield–Jihadists.

I applaud the sentiment, but understand that the same people who joined the military out of necessity and not patriotism are the same people who will meekly go along with whatever they are told to do because they cannot afford to suffer the alternative.

Hey, I know that guy! Prysner, I used to work with him when I was organizing for the ANSWER Coalition… Good people, they are. Prysner, himself, is like a one-man army, becoming an outspoken leader in the anti-war movement, and leading aid missions in Palestine. I have no doubt his name will be in future history books.

I cannot imagine anything more spectacular than a mass laying-down-of-arms of all American service men and women. What a glorious day that would be. If only…
