    Hi ! I'm not quite sure but it looks like a fake… i went to read it on Scribd and some pages look like they've been photoshoped (titles and sentences are darker and cutted)… i'm really into that kind of stuff and that one doesn't seem to be a real one… Well this is my feeling (forgive my english writing skills, it's not my native tongue…)

    I see the booklet forgot to list my brother ETs that look exactly like most humans… took us a long time to get it right. We were from Earth, originally. Our civilization was contemporaneous with what you humans call `dinosaurs'. Foreseeing an impending planet-wide disaster, we left for the stars… and then returned some hundreds of thousands of years ago. To our surprise, Earth had become infested with bipedal mammals, not too dissimilar to us. Because we came originally from Earth, we have some DNA in common with humans; but genetic manipulation was necessary to make us look truly human… and then we interbred. Only occasional reckless use of our technology gives us away…

    I think it looks like it was photoshoped as well. On the cover the words “Top Secret/MAJIC eyes only” looks like they have a drop shadow or something on them. I thought that it was weird that it popped out so much on the page.

    It certainly looks like digital photos of a physical book.

    Whether the book is actually what is claims to be is something beyond knowing for sure.

    I wonder how it compares to other reports made in 1954. I am sure there is other declassified documents that this could be cross referenced to see if the fonts and overall structure are similar.
