Poll On Waco Responsibility
Seems that in this completely unscientific poll, there is still a preponderance of people who want to blame Koresh.
BATF Homepage
At this site you won't find the letter 'B' where it belongs, as the 'Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' would rather be thought of by only three letters (ATF) like its closely related agency the FBI, though why anyone would want to be known of as 'Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' is beyond me. Seems kind of silly, and immature, and reeks of an institutionalized 'Rambo' complex.
White House Blasts GOP Congressman On Waco Statement
The White House denies Rep. Zeliff's assertion, in 1995, that he had proof of Pres. Clinton giving his ok on the gassing of the Davidians.
Bruce Duncan Perry, MD, PhD, Statement Before Congress July 1995
This is the guy who decided that the Davidian kids were traumatized by the treatment they had received from their parents, but not from the treatment received at the hands of the BATF. Hmmm.
Waco Cover-up Demands Concern
Short editorial on how the lying on the part of the FBI and the other law enforcement agencies involved at Waco should have everyone concerned about what happened, and is continuing to happen with the militarizing of US law enforment agencies.
Bullets Over Waco
Basically an ad for a video production, but there are one or two interesting bits here.
McClennen County Sheriff's Office
Apparently the same sheriff is still in office today that was in in 1993 when the BATF decended upon his county, Sheriff Jack Harwell, at least according to their official homepage here.
Send In The Waco Killers
Order the book 'Send In The Waco Killers' here, a Libertarian creed beseeching the people to stand by the constitution, and get rid of big government. Read a lot of favorable reviews at this site.
Sacred Cow Productions
A selection of excellent post-raid Real Video documentaries.
Why Waco?
Besides the Illuminati connections and speculations, there are many other tendrils that this site attempts to tie in to Waco. Use your judgment, as there is a lot of misdirection around. Not this is part of it, but do you suppose the Illuminati really had a single thing to do with the massacre in Waco?
Ameriroots: Operation Waco
This is a good rundown of the operation against the Branch Davidians, code named 'Operation Showtime'. Was this whole thing conceived as a publicity stunt for a scandal-ridden BATF?
KPOC-TV
Kristina King, a reporter for KPOC TV "spent 12 months on a fact finding mission in Waco, Texas, to determine if the government had released all the true facts surrounding the incident," in 1994. You can order the 98 minute long video here.
If David Koresh Could Speak
It is easy to see the possibilities here, knowing what we do about the CIA and other official US drug capers. Use your judgment, but remember, truth is often stranger than fiction.
Waco And US Militarism
Quite an astute piece detailing the similarities between the treatment of civilians in Waco, and civilians in Yugoslavia, pointing out that former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark is involved in cases dealing with US militaristic police-action misbehavior in both places.
Waco, The Military, And The Unholy Three
Vince, Hillary, and Webster, they are the ones to blame, at least according to Sherman Skolnick here.
Koresh Links
Just what the title says, and then a little more.
New Documentary Links First Lady And Foster To Waco
Another review of the documentary 'Waco: A New Revelation'.
Here Is The Evidence Known So Far
Preston: This article covers the known discrepancies that are being investigated now by Senator Danforth. Seems like this is going to simply be brushed aside with weak excuses for law enforcement criminal behavior, but only time will tell.
Apache Helicopters At Waco
For anyone who believes the government still in that they were not using armed helicopters should go look at this shot of one flying overhead of Mount Carmel, Texas, during the siege. "You're a liar," David Koresh screamed at the negotiator on the phone when told that the helicopters were "unarmed." This shot is taken from the award-winning Mike McNulty documentary 'Waco: The Rules of Engagement' (1997). There is a great shot of the helicopter moving in and apparently firing at someone outside the complex the final day of the siege in Mike McNulty's second film about the police-action at Waco, 'A New Revelation' (1999).
Judge: Question Of Whether FBI Shot At Branch Davidians Remains Open
In this 'CNN' article (April 24th, 2000), Judge Walter Smith says he is going to wait until trial before making a decision on whether the FBI fired weapons at the Davidians, and not rely simply on the US Department of Defence connected analysis firm in England who just released a preliminary report saying that their real report will probably say "no gunfire" on the part of the US forces at Waco. Gosh, I remember distinctly when the CIA said their report, when released, would prove no drug trafficking on their part, nor knowledge thereof, but then months later when the report came out, lo and behold, there was plenty of evidence of CIA assets trafficking in drugs with the full knowledge of officials in CIA and the US Government. Lots of other experts have already said there is no doubt that the FLIR tape picked up repeated gunfire from both Davidians and government positions.
Police Probe Death Of Waco Expert
According to this 'Washington Post' article (April 29th, 2000), Carlos Ghigliotti was found dead on Friday, 28th April, 2000, by police in his office. He was in a "badly decomposed" condition. Police are investigating it as a homicide. Ghigliotti has been insisting that the FLIR taken during the Waco siege definitely showed many shooters from the FBI side of the assault. He had also discovered that the BATF had illegally equipped itself for the initial raid using money marked for the Drug War and nothing else. Great, the freakin' cops are breaking laws to catch supposed lawbreakers, and getting away with it, right in front of our faces. This Drug War is a joke that isn't funny at all, it is deadly. Ask the Davidians, and Ghigliotti. They'll tell you how dangerous drugs are, and they didn't even use drugs!
Apache Helicopters At Waco?
According to this article (April 23rd, 2000), someone is apparently trying to discredit Joyce Riley, the woman who did most to bring the Gulf War Illness to the attention of the public in the US. Now someone has tried to sell her on this story, but it is now obviously disinformation. Riley is a good woman, and whoever told her this story knew what they were doing!
There They Go Again
This 'New Republic' article (April 27th, 2000) by Ryan Lizza draws a direct comparison between the 'Elian' show and Waco, then dismisses debate about the latter as obsessiveness by the right-wing lunatic fringe. Isn't there just a little difference between a split-second house raid where no one was killed and the ongoing new revelations of FBI abuse of power at Mount Carmel?
Reno Questioned For 6 Hours By Danforth, Davidian Attorney Attacks Vector Report
This 'CNN' article (May 11th, 2000) reveals that though there is no word on what Danforth questioned Reno about, other than the screwup at Waco itself as a whole, he was not under oath, and there was no court reporter on hand to actually write down what she said for the record. At least they chatted for six hours! Also is Mike Caddell's take on Vector, and its "independent" report on the FLIR tape showing government gunfire into the building at Mt. Carmel, that Vector says doesn't really show after all. Can you say "White Wash?"
What Is The Life Expectancy Of A Waco Investigator?
From the author of the book 'Send In The Waco Killers' (Mountain Media, 1998) comes this look (May 7th, 2000) at the problems with death and illness amongst the Waco investigators working against the US government's case.
Judges Cut Terms Of 5 Davidians
This Dallas Morning News report (June 6th, 2000) on the US Supreme Court having unanimously ruled that Judge Walter Smith was way out of line by tacking on 30 years to some of the surviving Davidian's sentences, which will have the effect of lopping off 5 to 25 years off their total sentences. They are still languishing in jail, but they may have some of their life left when they get out of prison.
Juror In Sect Member's Federal Trial Applauds Supreme Court Decision, Increase Time In Prison Was A Surprise, She Says
This Dallas Morning News article (June 6th, 2000) anaylzes the Supreme Court decision and the reaction to it of Sara Bain, the jury foreman in the 1994 criminal trial of some of the Davidian survivors. "Oh, it's a wonderful relief," Bain told the paper. "I was really upset by the sentences."
Take A Moment To Picture This
Be prepared to enter a nightmare here. This site is put together by Sharlene in Arizona, who has taken her anger and disgust at what was done to the Branch Davidians, as well as the lies told by those who carried out this massacre, then turned it into this graphic memorial to the victims of this travesty in Waco. A must visit site!
Investigation Into The Activities Of Federal Law Enforcement Agencies Towards The Branch Davidians
A report from the 1996 'Committee on Government Reform' under US Rep. Dan Burton, including the official conclusions, plus dissenting views.
Rebuild The Church
Stop by and see how far along the rebuilding has come, then donate some encouragement, or better yet some cash, to help the rebuilders in their cause.
Special Counsel Seeks Test On Branch Davidian Recordings
This 'Dallas Morning News' article (January 28th, 2000) by Lee Hancock reveals that recordings obtained through bugs planted inside the Davidian complex that the FBI has been required to turn over to the Davidian's attorneys show signs of tampering, fakery, and stereo recording, impossible on the FBI-bug's mono recording system. 'Dallas Morning News', and Lee Hancock, have been chasing this story diligently, continuously giving updates on the progress in the current investigations of the Waco debacle.
Waco: The Rules Of Engagement Homepage
This is the official 'Rules of Engagement' web-site, where you can find all the latest news on the Waco investigation, and order the film. Give it to those who still think the Davidians had it coming.
Branch Davidian Trustees Students Of The 7 Seals Taught By David Koresh
Here is an incredible array of articles, ways to contact the Davidians to offer support and assistance, and all sorts of links to Waco related web-sites.
Waco Massacre Archives 1999
An excellent compilation of excerpts from various news sources in late 1999 on the escalating numbers of lies and secrets being exposed and uncovered.
Ashes Of Waco
'Ashes of Waco', a book by Dick Reavis, is a fascinating read for anyone who really wants to know about the incident in Waco, and should be given especially those who think that the Davidians brought this upon themselves. This viewpoint was actually expressed in just those words to me the same day I wrote this: that the Davidians should have known better.
FBI Cameras Same As Used By British Military Expert Says
Paul Beaver, the expert hired by '60 Minutes II', works for 'Jane's Information Group'. He notes in this article that the FBI and other government forces could very well have been wearing Kevlar, which apparently cuts down on thermal imaging, in case the Davidians had such night-vision equipment, which the police kept insisting they did. "We're talking about very sophisticated law enforcement," Beaver says.
The Davidian Massacre
This is one of the best of the Waco information sites, by the amazing Carol Moore, who has been at the forefront of the efforts to get the truth about what happened to the Davidians into the public glare. She deserves a round of applause from everyone, whether they care about the Davidians or not, as she has insisted from the start that the US Federal government come clean to the American people and the world, not satisfied with their whitewash of the massacre. Definitely stop by and visit this page. You can also read her excellent five-hundred plus page book, 'The Davidian Massacre'.
Truth And Cover-up
This 'New American' article (June 14th, 1993) illustrates the lengths the US Federal government went to destroy the crime scene, and possible proof of their having murdered nearly eighty American citizens. Also details the long list of inconsistencies in the FBI statements, and discusses on the scene, contemporary statements made by various participants on both Davidian, and law enforcement sides.
What Is The Cult Awareness Network And What Role Did It Play In Waco
A clear demonstration that the label 'cult' had been hastily applied to the Davidians to justify the raid, with the help of the anti-cult kidnapper, oops, I mean 'deprogrammer' utilizing group, CAN. These folks have kidnapped people involved with a variety of religious groups, including "Catholic, Episcopal, Evangelical Christian, Mormon, Amish, even karate classes," states this article. Inspects the involvement of CAN in the attack on Mt. Carmel, its possible role in instigating the attack to begin with, and how it helped demonize the Davidians in the press.
Waco Reference Site
'University of Texas' reference site for information on Waco. Sickening opening photo of lead negotiator Byron Sage, the unbelievable FBI man who appeared on the '60 Minutes II' episode holding up one of the pyrotechnic rounds, saying, look how small it is, seemingly implying that it was okay the FBI lied about it, as it is so small, with the Mt. Carmel center just going up in flames behind him. Trophy shot, or accident?
Waco: A New Revelation
Read about, then order, the new film from Mike McNulty on the Waco massacre.
Siege Tactics Weighed By FBI Detailed
The FBI wanted to drug the Davidian's water source somehow, and the tanks used by the hostage rescue team were filled with things like "high explosive grenades, illumination rounds, and pyrotechnic tear gas canisters."
Waco Re-examined
'Dallas Morning News' newspaper archive of late breaking stories of the developing investigations involving Waco. This newspaper has been continuously releasing updates, with writer Lee Hancock keeping right on top of the story.
Waco And Nancy Sinatra
You have to see it to believe it. Very scary stuff.
The Greatest Truths Ever Revealed To Mankind
Unfortunately, the Davidians were simply a group of people following someone who professed to be able to tell them the TRUTH, as detailed here, which is automatically a signal that something is not right. Yet, they chose to be there. Koresh did not force those people to live at Mt. Carmel with him. I really do not agree with this kind of religious, bible-interpreting outlook, but so what? Let them study the bible, and shoot their guns on their land, and prepare for Armageddon. What about all the people who retreated to bunkers for Y2K, like NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani? It never occured with problems, they came out feeling stupid, and life went on. Instead, at Waco, the BATF had to go and do everything in its power to actually lend weight to what Koresh was saying, and prophesying. Makes one wonder, eh?
Impeach Janet Reno
This long article gets into some of the many reasons why there are those of us who think Janet Reno was not telling the truth during any of her many denials of knowledge of any wrongdoing at Waco.
Committee For Waco Justice
Find out information on the mainly Libertarian 'Committee for Waco Justice' here, based in Washington DC. Run by Carol Moore and friends.
A Short History Of The Seventh Day Adventist Branch Davidian
A pretty self explanatory title, this site is useful for background research and historical context.
Branch Davidians
A site of nothing but Waco related links, with much of the most up-to-date material.
Last Will And Testament Of The Branch Davidians
Read the verbatim transcript from the videos taken by the Branch Davidians inside Mt. Carmel, the tapes that the FBI did not want you to ever see, as they did not want the American people to empathize, or sympathize, with the Davidians trapped inside.
The Concrete Bunker
Ian Goddard, with very clear, concise graphics, shows how a bomb was set upon the top of the concrete bunker, which is discussed in the new film 'Waco: A New Revelation', killing all the women and children inside, with very disturbing photos to go along with the presentation. It looks pretty damning for the FBI, and whoever else was involved in that torture session, gassing, burning, then blowing up apparently, all the women and children trying specifically to keep out of the way of the battle going on. Very convincing too. Made me want to puke, that's for sure. Very graphic, be prepared. Not a pretty site, and not for small children. Unless you want them to know the truth about that police action in Waco.
Waco Whitewash
Here's a righteously angry sentiment that should be felt by most anyone who doesn't appreciate being lied to, certainly not by the law enforcement types, who are supposed to take an oath to uphold the laws, not be judge, jury, and executioners.
Cover-up: All The Best Political Cartoonists
A very funny, very disturbing mix of cartoons about the Waco incident from around the country. Constantly updated. Great site.
Roland Research
This is a company the government hired to do FLIR (Forward-Looking Infra-Red camera) analysis, but is not supportive of the reflection story. This article is on the FBI backing off of its sunlight reflection story (October, 1999), yet Byron Sage, head of the FBI negotiator team at Mt. Carmel, reported on '60 Minutes II' (January 25th 2000), that the flashes on the FLIR tapes must be sunlight reflecting off of some surface. Who is lying? Who would have reason to lie?
The Hillary Waco Project
Another shocking, yet sort of funny cartoon, this time with some movement, and bright, cheerful colors to go along with the slaughter, and mayhem. Quite an interesting site.
Waco And America's Saddam
Dr. Jack Wheeler writes out his suspicions that it was Janet Reno herself who knew about the mixing of CS with MC to create a cyanide gas, as she has a Masters in Chemistry from Cornell University. So, any of her lame excuses that she did not know what would happen to those people when she was informed that CS/MC was to be used are lies, or she was a cheat in school, and did not really learn her lessons. How else could she get that Masters degree in Chemistry, and not know?
Waco Massacre
Another site with Carol Moore gathered information, along with her group, the 'Committee for Waco Justice'.
Waco Update
Take a ride with the BATF in one of the helicopters as they fly over the attack as it happens. RealVideo, kind of choppy, but hey, it was shot from a shot at, possibly shooting chopper, so what do you expect?
Court TV Mugshots: David Koresh
'Court TV' just broadcast a new show on the Waco tragedy (January 18th, 2000) but I didn't see it. Here you can get the additional information accrued by the program, and listen to audio tapes as well.
Abuses Of The Bureau Alcohol, Tobacco, And Firearms
Just what it says in the title, an incredibly long list of abuses carried out in the name of the law, by the BATF!
FBI Employees Dispute Government's Explanation For Actions At Mt. Carmel
While the FBI hierarchy is still saying that they created holes to facilitate the escape for the Davidians, it turns out that they were really trying to get to the tower, where a bomb apparently blew a hole in the bunker where all the women and children were hiding. Nice guys.
Experts Seek To Determine What Killed Davidian Jimmy Riddle
Someone stole bones from a dead man. Between the first and second autopsy on Jimmy Riddle's body, who lawyers for the Davidians suspect was shot and killed by authorities outside Mt. Carmel Center, early during the final raid, then driven over and torn apart by a tank, bones have disappeared that were listed in the first autopsy.
Mt. Carmel: The Homecoming
This is an invitation to attend the reopening of the Mt. Carmel church in Waco, and to join with many others who have been working tirelessly to try and get the truth out, and the pain and wounds healed.
Feds Accused Of Torturing Babies
This is an article about the attorney who is handling the suit for three of Koresh's dead children, hired by surviving relatives, and how he wants to hold the government and the FBI particularly, responsible for torturing the children at Mount Carmel for however many hours they were gassed, forty-eight hours worth of gas in what was anywhere from three to six hours.
Waco Children Lawsuit Accelerates
Attorneys for three of the seventeen Davidian children killed in the April 19th raid have requested that the Department of Defense declassify thousands of documents in preparation of the court depositions of military and government agents.
Waco Re-Enactment Looks Like Set-up
Here's a chilling article (February 19th, 2000) for those who expect to see the truth emerge from the upcoming 'test' to be performed to see if the infrared cameras could have picked up gunfire at Mt. Carmel. The 'independent' company, Anteon, picked by Special Council Danforth is the same company (apparently) that was supposed to be protecting the US from cyber-attacks like the ones that just occurred. This same company has multi-million dollar contracts with the US Navy, the Coast Guard, and various other 'US Infrastructure defense' contracts. I literally got chills reading this.
A Waco Story For Children: The Government That Did No Wrong
They came up with a plan on how to talk to this man about his taxes without the fear of the man or his neighbors doing something crazy like shooting the tax cops. They decided to use a common police activity called Back-up." Instead of on or two tax police talking to the man, they decided to bring 100 people from the armed tax division of the government to back them up." Show this to your kids, then read it yourself.
Memo Reveals FBI's Debate On Waco Plan
The Department of Justice has continued to withhold Waco-related documents from the House of Representatives. Also, it is apparent that the top FBI planners were having trouble with their Hostage Rescue Commander, who had already caused lots of trouble for the Government out at Ruby Ridge. Read all about it here in this 'Dallas Morning News' article (February 28th, 2000).
After The 'War' In Waco
This is a heart-rending story about how two women who remember Steve Schroeder's life try to 'soldier' on without him, almost seven years after government agents shot him to death trying to reach his wife and children inside Mt. Carmel.
FBI Didn't Plan To Fight Fire
Not only did FBI officials actually send a message to Washington, DC (April 9th, 1993) bluntly informing their bosses they had no plans to even try to prepare for the chance of fire at Mt. Carmel, the Justice Department only admitted it in documents they released to the Davidian's lawyers on the condition it not be released to the public, though the court for some reason included it in a court briefing filed by Davidian attorneys. Experts are also noted as saying that goveernment tapes claimed to be originals are all obviously copies and show massive signs of tampering, and erasure. The head attorney for the Davidians, Mike Caddell, is quoted in this 'Dallas Morning News' story by the tenacious Lee Hancock saying, "This is a story of a government agency run amok, and two guys, Jamar and Rogers, who are apparently answerable to no one. They thought they were the law. The American people should be angry because what we know now is how badly we've been misled, how badly we've been lied to for seven years."
Reason Online: What Happened At Waco
Here is a site with loads of up to the minute information on the progress of any legal action involving Waco, like the Congressional investigations, and the wrongful death suit filed by the surviving Davidians and families of those killed in the conflagration. Check it out. Then remember what the FBI and all the other Government agencies have been saying publicly for the last seven years.
Video Contends That Davidians Were Machine-gunned
Vin Suprynowics, author of the book, 'Send In The Waco Killers' has written a review of Mike McNulty's latest video on the Waco siege, pointing out things in the video like the full sized machine guns mounted at the sides of some of the helicopters that the FBI has insisted were unarmed.
Petition To Free The Davidians
Yes, you too can add your voice to the growing call for President Clinton to pardon and release the Davidians now imprisoned who survived at Mt. Carmel while so many others were so callously slaughtered. Get your copy of the petition here.
Sect Lawyers Say Evidence Lost, Altered
This 'Dallas Morning News' article (March 16th, 2000) by investigative reporter Lee Hancock features extensive commentary by Attorney Mike Caddell, representing Davidians in their wrongful death suit against the US government. Caddell says that all the missing and altered evidence "gets to be beyond coincidence or sloppiness," suggesting that the FBI are intentionally withholding or hiding information from the court.
Both Sides Claim Victory In Waco Testing
Is it any surprise to anyone out there that this has happened, that both sides are claiming the infrared tapes made this weekend prove their sides of the argument? Either government agents fired into and killed a hell of a lot of Davidians, or they didn't. Since the government has been proven the liar in this case over, and over, and over again, why would any thinking rational person still believe anything they say whatsoever, especially about this case?
Forgotten Waco Case Goes Before US Supreme Court
This 'NewsMax.com' article (March 22nd, 2000) covers the case of nine surviving Branch Davidians, that is set to be heard by the US Supreme Court. The article states: "The sentencing of the Davidian survivors surprised the jurors. The forewoman of the jury has stated publicly that the jury intended to clear the Davidians of all charges - but were pressed by the judge overseeing the case to convict on minor charges. The jurors were under the impression the charges would amount to a slap on the wrist. Jurors complained that the federal prosecutors manipulated evidence presented in the case, and key evidence, such as the compound's front door that showed bullet holes made by federal agents, simply vanished." This piece goes on with lots of other awful stuff like this, so read at your own risk!
Looking For Facts, We Sometimes Miss The Larger Truths
This 'Knox News' article (April 13th, 2000) by News-Sentinel Managing Editor Frank Cagle lucidly points out the officers who attacked the residents of Waco were no different from an army, regardless of whether or not they were actually in the official armed services. He says that it is an "Orwellian perversion to suggest that the federal forces that attcked the Davidian compound were policemen. They were a military unit in every sense of the word." Cagle further states that our national police have become "an internal army equipped to do battle with our citizenry." How true it is!
Apache Helicopter At Waco Armed With Hellfire And Other Ordinance
This 'Art Bell' radio show, interviews Joyce Riley, who works with Gulf War Illness-striken veterans. Riley met up with one who agreed to tape an interview with her describing his unit having loaded an Apache attack helicopter with 20mm cannon, Hellfire rockets, and other ordinance as well, for a domestic operation within US borders, while stationed at Fort Hood the day of the Waco fire. Chilling!
Carlos Ghigliotti: House Government Reform Committee Waco Investigator Found Dead In Apartment
According to this article (April 29th, 2000), the first investigator hired by the 'House Government Reform Committee' to analyze the FLIR tapes from Waco found ample evidence of at least 198 shots fired. Then the Governemnt fired him, and hired a different group to analyze the "recreation." Now Carlos is dead, found Friday, April 28th 2000, dead in his apartment for a week at least. How odd is that? Will it be ruled a suicide?
Lewis County Community News: Waco Crimes & Cover-up
There are a number of updates (April 30th, 2000) dealing with the Waco crimes and cover-up posted at this Web site. The US government is lying to us, (surprise, surprise), and now FLIR expert Carlos Ghigliotti is dead. The last FLIR guy had a stroke, and now doesn't want to talk about Waco, and Sheriff Harwell, of Waco, Texas, is also dead, rumored to have been found in a pool of blood, though the official story is heart attack!
Lawyer Reveals Expert Witness Findings
This 'Newsmax' article April 30, 2000)is David Hardy's report on what the FLIR expert, Carlos Ghigliotti, had found while analyzing the FLIR footage shot during the final assault on the Davidian home. Ghigliotti's body was decompossing for a couple of weeks apparently when found. This doesn't look good!
Waco Expert's Death 'Suspicious'
This 'World Net Daily' article (May 3rd, 2000) reveals that even before the results of the FLIR tape analysis of the FLIR taken at the recent recreation of the final assault by FBI and others upon the Davidian's home at Mt. Carmel, the now dead FLIR expert retained by the House Government Reform Committee, Carlos Ghigliotti told Dave Hardy, a friend and attorney who has been following the Waco case very closely, that the best thing to do with the results was to wad them up and throw them in the garbage can, as they were worse than useless for a multitude of reasons. The Laurel, Maryland Police Dept. is treating it as a "suspicious" death, as they do with all bodies found unattended. Ghigliotti was found in a badly decomposed condition in his office, after having been missing for weeks, and expressing fears for his life over his knowledge of official lying and cover-up in the Waco case.
FLIR Expert Had 'Heart Attack': Attorneys, Researcher Claim Too Many Coincidences
This 'World Net Daily' article (May 13th, 2000) articulates the obvious: why have the FLIR experts alleging government gunfire had so many illnesses and deaths among their ranks, without one government FLIR expert suffering the same fate?
Congressman Fears Police State, Says Waco Expert May Have Been Murdered
This 'Newsmax' article (May 30th, 2000) by Steven Archer, reports on Rep. James Traficant (D- Ohio), who says that there is a "stone cold police state" now in America, and he is demanding a "full investigation" into the very suspicious death of Carlos Ghigliotti, found badly decomposed in his office, after being missing for weeks. There are too many coincidences and missing bits of evidence, in the Waco case!
Report To Congress On Infrared Footage At Waco
This 'Newsmax' special report is "a summary of conclusions" reached by Carlos Ghigliotti, hired by Congress to investigate and analyze the FLIR tape footage of the April 19th, 1993 FBI assault, apparent shooting, and immolation of the 80 Davidians inside the Mount Carmel complex.
30 Year Sentence Of Davidian Survivors Reversed And Remanded By US Supreme Court
The US Supreme Court decision (June 5th, 2000) that the "machinegun" addition to the consideration of sentencing by Judge Smith, who is now sitting as judge of the lawsuit filed by survivors against the US Government for wrongful death, the consideration that put most of the survivors into prison for 30 years when the jury at sentencing aquitted the survivors of murder, and expected the Davidians to go free then and there, was basically a finding of guilt in a "new crime," and unconstitutional. So most will now be released. It is about time too!
